Yes. The word “communication” is a boring word, far from charged with emotion. I won’t argue that. However, the work of good communication is the most beautiful process to engage in; and I’d like a moment to convince you of that.

It’s a thrilling process, because humans are extraordinarily deep. When you genuinely ask them thoughtful questions born out of real curiosity, even they are amazed at the magic that comes out.
